Zzzzzwhathufugorramdugs ...Friday, July 23, 2010 1:01 AMIt doesn't happen often, but this was one of those nights - a neighbor's dogs Just Wouldn't Shut Up. It wouldn't even be a problem if I had hours in keeping with most of the waking world, but I don't. And a couple of hours of barking, picking up just about every time I started to drift off to sleep, doesn't make for a happy me. Especially when I've felt a bit short on sleep most of the week to begin with. So I'm using a sick day, and coping with the screeching of my body clock's brakes or whatever, which ain't pretty, either.
