Kids In The Pen?Friday, Jan. 29, 2010 7:13 AM'Journalist' James O'Keefe has been remanded into the custody of his parents until a February hearing on charges that he and three accomplices entered federal premises under false pretenses with intent to commit a felony. One of the attorneys for the suspects dismissed it as a poorly thought-out prank by a bunch of kids. The suspects are all in their twenties.
