Kids In The Pen?

Friday, Jan. 29, 2010 7:13 AM

'Journalist' James O'Keefe has been remanded into the custody of his parents until a February hearing on charges that he and three accomplices entered federal premises under false pretenses with intent to commit a felony.

One of the attorneys for the suspects dismissed it as a poorly thought-out prank by a bunch of kids.

The suspects are all in their twenties.

Added: Law professor Jonathan Turley explains the charges against O'Keefe and his friends.
