Done With The Reachin' Man?

Though I'm about a fifteen-minute walk from where Bindyree's husband, John, works, I didn't feel yesterday's 4.3 quake.

RNC Chairman Michael Steele says he's done 'reaching out to Obama.'

I wouldn't think Steele could reach out for much of anything with his lips so firmly planted on Rush Limbaugh's ass.

You'd think that the ravings of a madman would be ignored, or at least dismissed as having no connection with reality.

Apparently, this is not the case when your name is Glenn Beck.

The New York Times should be ashamed of this article. Beck can call himself a modern Howard Beale or a rodeo clown - it doesn't change the fact that his inflammatory diatribes are fear-mongering of the worst kind, whipping up demons of socialism, communism, and non-existent plots to topple America.

Is the media so rapturous of this crap that it legitimizes it by profiling one of its top salesmen? I mean, what's next, a weekly op-ed from Osama bin Laden?
