McCain's Fog of WarWednesday, Jul. 30, 2008 3:49 AMAdd to the ever-growing list of things John McCain doesn't know: The commander of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is Admiral Michael Mullen, not General David Petraeus. Dave over at Too Old To Be Cool mentioned a couple of days back that the AP is reporting that we are, at long last, starting to win the war in Iraq. But it seems that the AP's current Washington Bureau Chief, Ron Fournier, was offered a job by the McCain Campaign back in 2006. (Fournier joined the AP in March of 2007.) Speaking of Dave, we're glad everything is in one piece at Chez Too Old after yesterday's 5.4 temblor outside Chino Hills.
