Irritable Hillary

Tuesday, Jan. 08, 2008 3:50 AM

Awwww, poor Hillary. She's having a hard time understanding why she didn't win in Iowa.

"I have so many ideas for this country and I just dont want to see us fall backwards as a nation. This is very personal for me, she explained to a sympathetic crowd. "Its about our country, its about our kids future, its really about all of us together."

Really? So you voted for USA-PATRIOT, the AUMF, and didn't vote on Michael Mukasey's confirmation or critical FISA revisions because you're all about America?

Clinton went on to dispute comparisons of a certain candidate to President John F. Kennedy and Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., by citing Kennedy's 14 years of experience (hmm, you've only got seven, I don't think 'First Lady' counts as legislative experience) and King's being 'beaten and gassed' while he 'led a movement.' Been beaten or gassed lately, Hillary? Led a movement?

I'm guessing that would be no.

Awwww, poor Dr. Phil. Looks like he's had to cancel his slimy profiteering off another person's misery special on Britney Spears. Mostly because the Spears' family - who had asked him to speak with Britney - took offense to Dr. Phil sharing his diagnosis with the media the moment he was out the door.

Not sure what to make of the news that Iranian ships tried to play chicken with U.S. warships patrolling the Strait of Hormuz, other than it being a reckless attempt to escalate/promulgate an active confrontation.

That just happens to coincide with President Bush's visit to the Middle East ...

Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf says Benazir Bhutto is to blame for her own death, because she chose to stand up and present herself as a target, instead of remaining inside her limousine.
