FOR SALE WITH OWNER What's worse is that that line bears a registered trademark symbol, preserving their horrid grammar for generations to come. With means the item you're selling is accompanied by the owner. By is the proper term for property being sold by the current owner. Also received in the mail was a flyer advertising a vendor's Sneak Peak at their 2006 product line. We're a nation of friggin' illiterates. The correct word is peek, and the spell checker failed to notice, because peak is also a valid word. But perhaps what is more embarassing is that the vendor in question makes collectible movie-memorabilia, and prides themselves on their accuracy.
