And Hillary Clinton will be the Democratic Nominee for President in 2008. General David Petraeus has stated that a Florida pastor's plan to hold a 'Burn the Koran' Day endangers our troops. Nutmeg Whitman's idea for combatting fraud (one of the things plaguing California, according to her ads) is to empanel a grand jury. Which would work if a grand jury was some kind of magical precrime inquisition, as opposed to examining evidence to determine if there is sufficient cause for trial. In other words, it's not pre-emptive, it's remedial and after the fact.
