No 4G for you!Friday, Jun. 25, 2010 3:47 AMAs much as I love Apple, I gotta say this to the folks who stood in line for the iPhone 4 and are now complaining about sluggish service: they told you AT&T doesn't have a 4G network yet. The defense in the Johannes Mehserle trial seems a tad desperate, at best, built around a four year-old report of Oscar Grant's behavior and changes to BART's policies. Oh, and how Mehserle was voted 'most huggable' in his high school class. None of which adequately addresses the question before the court. Mehserle returns to the stand later this morning.
