BronchitisMonday, Mar. 02, 2009 8:07 AMYup - the aforementioned crud turned into bronchitis. Scratch off Wondercon and the vacation days I'd allocated for the event (including today, which was supposed to be a post-convention recovery day). I'll probably call in sick for Tuesday, as I still sound like I was smoking three packs a day since I was eight. I had a really bad bronchial infection about ten years ago - the usual antibiotics would knock it down, but it would just come back with fangs and teeth. It finally took three, progressively stronger courses of antibiotics (ending with Keflex) before my lungs cleared out. So now the office cold can put me down for the count. I end up with bronchitis and using antibiotics and an inhaler to recover.
