Call The Waaaaahmbulance?

It seems that one of the Republican criticisms of the recently-signed Stimulus Bill is that it requires long-term changes for short-term problems. You know, sweeping changes that would mandate significant changes to state laws.

Sort of like USA PATRIOT and No Child Left Behind.

When pressed by MSNBC's Norah O'Donnell to name one piece of pork in the same 'pork-laden' Stimulus Bill, Republican front man John Feehery came up blank. Couldn't name a single item.

As for the criticism that the bill included earmarks for an endangered mouse, that's simply not true.
