Because the oil-producing countries will be in awe of her policies on alternative energy sources and commitment to reducing America's dependence on foreign oil, so they'll lower their prices to stifle our progress. (The argument being, 'Well, gosh, oil's affordable again, so we don't really need this newfangled alternate energy stuff ...') Um ... oooooookay. Right.
